cup fat-free milk

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp onion powder

clove garlic salt

tbsp black pepper

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1. Combine all of the ingredients for the Alfredo sauce (cottage cheese, shredded Parmesan, garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp garlic salt, 1 Tbsp black pepper, fat free milk) in a blender and run it until you make a smooth sauce. Make sure the sauce is not too runny so it coats the pasta properly. 2. Take out the chicken breasts and flatten them using saran wrap and a heavy blunt object. They should be the same thickness all the way through. 3. Season the chicken breasts using 2 Tbsps garlic salt, 2 Tbsps Italian seasoning, 1 Tbsp onion powder, 1 Tbsp smoked paprika, and 2 Tbsps black pepper until the chicken changes color. 4. Cook the chicken in a pan until it gets a golden brown crust and is proper internal temperature. 5. Boil and drain 20oz of dry protein pasta, then combine it with the Alfredo sauce we made until all of the noodles are covered. 6. Divide the pasta into 10 equal portions and add it to meal prep containers. Do the same thing with the chicken, then top with parsley and store in the freezer. Additional Notes: To reheat the meal preps from frozen, follow these steps: Add a few tablespoons of water to the container, cover with a wet paper towel, and microwave for around 5-6 minutes.View original recipe
