1. Blend together cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning and black pepper until you have a smooth sauce. Add a little water and blend again if you need a thinner consistency. 2. Take out 60oz of chicken breast, cover them with plastic wrap and pound them with a heavy object until they are the same thickness all the way through. 3. Season the chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, and black pepper until it is fully covered. 4. Cook the chicken in a pan on Medium heat until you see a golden brown crust and proper internal temperature. 5. Use the same pan to cook diced onions and some garlic for about 3-4 minutes. Then add in the dry orzo and bone broth. Put on a lid, turn the temperature down to Low and let it cook for about 15 minutes. 6. (Optional) Make high protein ranch by mixing yogurt, ranch seasoning, and a little milk. 7. When the orzo is cooked, add in fat free mozzarella, let the orzo cool for a few minutes, and then add in the buffalo sauce we made. 8. Divide the orzo into 10 equal portions and add them to the meal prep containers. Do the same thing with the chicken, then top with fresh parsley, and store in the freezer.
